Canton, Cherokee County, Ga. July 11, 2002.
Judge Drane will be conducting Mangrum's 72 hour hearing today. Judge Drane has agreed to allow a total of one pool camera, one camera person and one reporter inside. The reporter cannot ask any questions only take notes. The camera person cannot have any audio. This will take place at 4:30 at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center. D/S Nicole Ebbeskotte, PIO will be available outside the jail at 3:45 to assist in the 72 hour hearing.
