Canton, Cherokee County, Ga. August 7, 2002.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. on August 6, 2002 the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office responded to Wheeler Martin Road in reference to a death of a juvenile.
The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation are conducting a joint investigation into the death. The juvenile who is thirteen years of age suffered cerebral palsy.
