Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. August 7, 2002.
The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office announces the arrest of Trent Day related to the death investigation of the 13-year-old juvenile on Wheeler Martin Drive. Day, 30 years of age, of Canton, Ga. is charge with the concealing of a death, cruelty to animals and tampering with evidence. Day is currently being held at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center. Day's bond is set at $11,700.
Investigators for the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigations are still investigating the cause of death.
