Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. October 21, 2002 The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office announces the arrest of Justin Kelly Thomas, 18 years of age of Austell, Ga.
The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office arrested Thomas in the connection with the Home Invasion/Robbery on Arnold Mill Road. Thomas is currently being charged with Malice Murder. He currently is being held without a bond. Thomas is currently being held at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center.
The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office received assistance above and beyond the line of duty from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Powder Springs Police Department, Austell Police Department and Auburn Police Department.
