Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. October 25, 2002 The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division has added charges to the three suspects arrested in the Home Invasion/Robbery incident that took place October 19, 2002 on Arnold Mill Road.
The three suspects were each charged this week with Malice Murder. The additional charges for each of the three suspects Thomas, Parague and Williams are: Armed Robbery, two counts of Kidnapping with Injury, Possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, Aggravated Battery and Burglary. The three suspects are currently being held at the Cherokee Adult Detention Center without a bond.
Investigation is ongoing through the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigations.
