Canton, Cherokee County, Ga. November 4, 2002 The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office Traffic Enforcement Unit is investigating a single car crash that occurred this afternoon at approximately 12:30 p.m..
The crash occurred on I-575 southbound just north of the Riverstone Parkway exit.
A Nissan 300ZX was traveling southbound on I-575. The vehicle left the interstate where it ended up hitting a tree in the median of the interstate. The driver of the vehicle, Anthony Brooks, 29 years of age of Canton, Ga was life-flighted to North Fulton Regional Hospital where he is in stable condition.
