Kidnapping

Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. November 25, 2002  Detectives with the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office are investigating a kidnapping that occurred November 23, 2002 at approximately 1:00 a.m.

Isis Bello, 18 years of age of Woodstock, Ga was abducted from Shadowood Mobile Home Park. The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division interviewed witnesses to the abduction and learned that family members of Isis were unhappy of her getting married earlier in the day. The witnesses told investigators that the family had come over to Shadowood around 1:00a.m.and forced Isis in their car and told the witnesses that they were going to take her back to Acapulco.

Isis Bello was dropped off at the Bells Ferry Precinct Sunday, November 24, 2002. Investigators were able to locate one of the brother's involved in the abduction, Samuel Bello, 20 years of age of Woodstock, Ga, charging him with kidnapping. Bello is currently being held at the Cherokee Adult Detention Center with a bond set at $11,050.
