Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. December 10, 2002 The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office responded to 211 Don John Trail in reference to a burglar in the residence.
A neighbor of the residence watched the four suspects enter the home and called 911 immediately. Corporal Reynolds, Deputy Sheriff Pelletier, Deputy Sheriff Young and Deputy Sheriff Donley responded to the residence where they apprehended the four suspects involved in the burglary.
Three of the males were juveniles and charged with Burglary. They have been released back into their parent's custody pending a court date. The fourth suspect, Hugo Martinez 17 years old of Roswell, is charged with Burglary, Possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, Possession of a firearm with altered serial number, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Martinez is currently being held at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center.
