Arrest in Road Rage Incident

Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. December 16, 2002   On December 15, 2002, Deputy Sheriff K.Glisson and J. Clement of the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to locate a motor vehicle that had allegedly been used during an act of Road Rage on 575 northbound at TowneLake Parkway.

After meeting with the victim, who was an off duty police officer, deputies received vehicle and suspect descriptions. Cherokee dispatch was able to place a Be On the Look Out (BOLO) over Woodstock Police Department's dispatch. Woodstock Police Department was able to locate the vehicle and conduct a motor vehicle stop. The driver of the vehicle, Danny Reeves, 20 years of age of Canton, was arrested on charges of Terroristic Threats and Acts and Aggressive Driving. Reeves was taken to the Cherokee Adult Detention Center. Reeves had a bond of $6,175.
