Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. May 19, 2003 On May 16, 2003, deputies of the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office responded to an armed robbery call at 810 Mt. Glen Lane.
A white male suspect, approximately 18 years in age, entered into his family residence and used a weapon and forced his mother to write a check in an undisclosed amount. The suspect then tied both of his parents up and left to attempt to cash the check.
Deputies from the Hickory Flat precinct arrested Justin Goldstucker, 18 years of age, of Canton, Ga with charges of armed robbery, kidnapping and theft by taking with other charges pending. Goldstucker is being held without bond at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center.
