Canton, Cherokee County, Ga. July 1, 2003 At 7:00.p.m., Thursday July 3, 2003 the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office will conduct a Fourth of July Holiday traffic enforcement detail. Deputies assigned to other duties will assist the Cherokee County Traffic Enforcement Unit throughout the holiday weekend focusing their efforts on speed violations and DUI. The detail will end Sunday, July 6, 2003.
