Canton, Cherokee County, Ga. August 13, 2003 The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Tommy Ray, 45 years of age of Waleska, Ga on the charges of Aggravated Battery under the Family Violence Act. He is currently being held at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center without bond.
