Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. September 25, 2003 At approximately 1:30 p.m., The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office responded to 116 Hartwood Drive off of Highway 92 in reference to a burglar in the residence.
When deputies responded to the residence, neighbors let the deputies know that the suspect was still in the residence. Deputies found the suspect hidden behind a sofa and placed him into custody. David St. Martin, 49 years of age of Canton, is charged with Burglary and Violation of Probation with other charges pending. St. Martin is currently being held at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center.
