Non-Custodial Family Abduction

Canton, Cherokee County, Ga. December 3, 2003  Koah Vince Vincent, 6 years of age, of Cherokee County has been missing since November 17, 2003. Koah was last seen at Harvest Christian Academy at 3460 Kellogg Creek Road when his mother, Djuana Angenette Highsmith, took him out of school and fled the area. Koah is a white male, 4 feet in height, weighs approximately 40 pounds, blue eyes. Ms. Highsmith is a white female, 38 years of age, 5'6", approximately 130 pounds and blue eyes. Ms. Highsmith, in contempt of a temporary Family Violence Protective Order, took Koah out of school to flee from authorities when she lost custody. She currently has misdemeanor warrants against her for Interference with Child Custody. It is believed Ms. Highsmith and Koah may possibly be in the North Cherokee County area, Forsyth County or the City of Roswell.
