Be On The Lookout (BOLO)

Cherokee County, Ga. December 19, 2003  On December 19, 2003 at or around 1100 hours three (3) white males entered a home at 2960 Sugar Pike Road portraying themselves to be salesman. Two of these unknown individuals requested that the 92 year old homeowner and her house keeper sit while they displayed various remnants of carpet and linoleum. While they displayed the linoleum to the homeowners the third individual entered other rooms of the home and took various items. These individuals reported the remnants to be discarded from a local carpet store and were free items they collected due to an insurance claim. The homeowner witnessed the third individual exit a rear room of the home and stood from the chair. It was at this time she was pushed back into her seat and instructed to remain seated. The homeowner noticed one of the individuals had a handgun pushed into the waistband of his pants on the right side. The other individual holding the linoleum had a knife in his hand but was demonstrating how he would pull up the old linoleum with it. When the three males exited the home the homeowner witnessed the vehicle exiting her driveway turning toward Georgia Highway 140.
