Arrest

Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. December 22, 2003  At approximately 12:00 a.m. deputies from the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to 2350 Kellogg Creek Road, Harvest Baptist Church, in reference to a burglary.

Upon arrival, Sergeant S. Daniels and Deputy Sheriff J. Pelletier caught the suspects as they were fleeing from the Church. The suspects had broken a window and stole miscellaneous items and money from the Church. Deputies arrested a 15-year-old and 14-year-old juvenile male. They are charges with burglary, vandalism, possession of tools during the commission of a crime, misdemeanor obstruction of a peace officer and runaway. The juveniles are currently being held at the Paulding County Youth Detention Center.
