Wanted

Acworth, Cherokee County, Ga. January 29, 2004  The Cherokee County Homicide Task Force has identified the third suspect wanted in connection with the murder of Betty Robinson. The murder occurred September 21, 2003 when Mrs. Robinson,67 years of age, was shot and killed during a drive by shooting at her home. The suspect is identified as David Wayne Carter, 19 years of age, 6 feet tall, 140 lbs., brown hair, and green eyes. Carter should be considered armed and dangerous. Carter is known to frequent a number of locations in Cobb, DeKalb, and Cherokee Counties. It is not known the type of vehicle Carter may be occupying.
