Home Invasion Update

Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. January 30, 2004  At approximately 4:12 am, on January 24, 2004 the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported Home Invasion and Person Shot at 526 Peaks Way, The Peaks Apartments.

The investigation that followed identified the intruder as Jeffrey Bourassa (White male, Date of Birth 6/24/82, Height 5'11", Weight 135, Hair Brown, Eye, Brown). Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Bourassa for Armed Robbery, Aggravated Battery, Burglary and Possession of Firearm during Commission of a Crime, Conspiracy to commit a crime of murder. He is known to drive a 2002 red Honda Accord bearing a GA Tag 6354 AKA . He is known to be in the Dallas, Ga area. Detectives have taken warrants on the following persons in relation to this incident and assistance is requested in locating them:

Jeffrey Bourassa should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone having contact with Bourassa should contact law enforcement immediately and not approach the individual. Anyone with information regarding these persons is requested to contact Sgt. Bert Love at 770-928-0239.
