Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. July 15, 2004 On July 13, 2004, The Cherokee Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division (CID) initiated an investigation regarding child pornography. Detectives executed a search warrant at 3031 Summer Point Drive, Woodstock, Ga. Evidence gained through the search warrant led to the arrest of Scott Brian McCombs, 41 years of age of Woodstock, Ga. McCombs is charged with sexual exploitation of a child and is currently being held at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center without a bond.
