Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. November 24, 2004 On November 23, 2004 at approximately 9:30 pm, The Cherokee Sheriff’s Office responded to 122 Chickory Lane regarding a person shot. Deputies and Detectives received information during their investigation that a 17-year-old shot his 21-year-old brother in the neck. The 21-year-old brother was ground transported to Kennestone Hospital and is reported to be in stable condition. The Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division is conducting the investigation and as of this morning there have been no charges filed against the brother.
