Two More Arrests in Death Investigation

Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. July 21, 2005  On July 12, 2005, Deputies from the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to Gregory Lane Apartments, located on Bells Ferry Road, regarding a body of a young black male found outside on the apartments. The victim died as a result of an apparent gunshot wound to the back of the head. The victim is identified as Rodney Antonio Rivers, 20 years of age, Austell, Ga.

The Cherokee Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Unit (VCU) made two more arrests in the death investigation. Arrested are:
Rachel Victoria Bisbee, 19 years of age of Woodstock, Ga. is charged with Felony Murder, Armed Robbery and Violation of Controlled Substance Act. Bisbee is currently being held at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center without a bond.
Timothy D. Berry, 22 years of age of Marietta, Ga. is charged with Felony Murder, Armed Robbery and Violation of Controlled Substance Act. Berry is currently being held at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center.
