Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. October 12, 2005 On October 11, 2005, detectives from the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office arrested Michael Ian Chalk 22 years of age of Woodstock, Ga. Chalk is charged with two counts of child molestation and two counts of public indecency.
The Cherokee Sheriff’s Office received two separate reports that alleged Chalk had been observed committing lewd acts from his residence while in full view of the public. Detectives determined these acts were observed by two children and several adults.
