Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. October 25, 2005 On October 24, 2005, detectives from the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office arrested Hershel Keith Harper, 34 years of age of Canton, Ga. Harper is charged with aggravated child molestation, child molestation, rape and incest. Investigators also charged Lyric Ann Harper with contributing to the deprivation of a minor, influencing of a witness (FVA).
Hershel Keith Harper is currently being held at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center without a bond. Lyric Harper is being held at the Cherokee Adult Detention Center without a bond.
