Woodstock, Cherokee County, Ga. August 21, 2007- Detectives with the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children Unit have charged a 38 year old man for Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes. John Howe, of Woodstock, was arrested Monday after allegations were made that he asked a 5 year old boy if he could give the child a massage. The incident occurred July 18th in the boy’s yard which is near the Victoria Cottage Community of Lake Allatoona. Similar reports have been made against Howe and are under investigation. There have been no allegations that Howe has actually touched a child. More charges are possible. Howe has been released on a $5,600.00 bond.
