Canton, Cherokee County, Ga. September 19, 2007-Cherokee County Deputies responded to a domestic dispute yesterday, September 18, 2007, at 1581 Darby Ford Court. Darren Shepard was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault under the Family Violence Act. Shepard is being held at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center with no bond. Shepard will have to meet Special Conditions of Bond, set by a judge, prior to release.
