Acworth, Cherokee County, Ga. April 28, 2008- Cherokee Sheriff’s Office detectives are investigating a robbery that was reported Sunday afternoon on Kellogg Creek Rd. in Acworth. The 79 year old victim reported that at approximately 1:00pm someone knocked on his front door. According to the victim, when he opened the door two men entered his home, attacked him, and stole his wallet. The suspects are described as white males in their late teens or early twenties. They reportedly ran from the victim's home along Kellogg Creek Rd. near Old Alabama Rd. It is possible they entered a small white SUV. The victim reported that earlier in the day a white female with a pierced eyebrow came to his home and offered to clean his house. She was in her late teens or early twenties. It is possible she is involved in the robbery as well.

The victim received minor injuries and was treated and released at Kennestone Hospital.
