Canton, Cherokee County, Ga. January 18, 2008- On 01-16-2008 a Hispanic male forced his way into the room of a Hispanic female at the Hamilton Inn located in Cherokee County . The suspect claimed to be an INS agent and told the victim he would deport her if she did not have sex with him. The suspect forced the victim into the bathroom where he then handcuffed her and began to remove her clothing. The suspect was eventually scared off by the victim’s children and fled the scene. The suspect did have a badge of some description and handcuffs that were worn in a pouch on his belt.
